Our large breakfast buffét is offered every day between 8.00 and 9.00.
The breakfast buffét is served in our restaurant in the main building.
You are welcome to have breakfast here without being a resident, but only by pre-booking at a cost of 150 SEK/person.
Knappgården’s hotel breakfast is specially selected to give you lots of energy and healthy options to keep you going .
The bread is obviousy home made and Kjelle smokes most of the meat on the premises. The meat, both game and Dala produced reared meat , is provided by Karelius Chark.
We offer a large choice of carefully selected Swedish cheese, homemade jams and marmalade. In season we serve fresh berries from the area and sallad from our own garden.

We offer a 3-course menu every night when we have residents. Dinner is served at 19.00 and is booked when you reserve your room or at latest the evening before your arrival.
We don’t offer ‘drop-in’ for non-residents but you are welcome to Knappgården for dinner when we have spare tables Price 598 Skr/person.
For younger guests (below 12 years of age) we offer children’s portions at half price. Children will have a chance to experience the same quality and combinations of flavours as adults, just smaller portions.
Our menu varies and is devised on the day. Let us know if you have allergies or special diets, and we will do our best. Our ambition is to offer food locally produced, moose, reindeer and other game, fish used is wild caught or farmed locally. We use home produced vegetables, berries and wild mushrooms that we collect ourselves or supplied by good friends generously sharing ingredients.
