Our evening menues are created according to the season, naturally we offer selected wines and other suitable drinks to enhance your meal.

Our large breakfast buffét is offered every day between 8.00 and 9.00.

The breakfast buffét is served in our restaurant in the main building.

You are welcome to have breakfast here without being a resident, but only by pre-booking at a cost of 150 SEK/person.

Knappgården’s hotel breakfast is specially selected to give you lots of energy and healthy options to keep you going .

The bread is obviousy home made and Kjelle smokes most of the meat on the premises. The meat, both game and Dala produced reared meat , is provided by Karelius Chark.

We offer a large choice of carefully selected Swedish cheese, homemade jams and marmalade. In season we serve fresh berries from the area and sallad from our own garden.
